In 2023, to help inform our ESG management and disclosure efforts, SPS is conducting an ESG issue prioritization exercise with the support of a third-party consultant. Through this analysis, we are evaluating the ESG-related priorities of a variety of SPS stakeholders to ensure we continue meeting their expectations from a corporate sustainability standpoint. The analysis will also shed light on our ESG-related risks and opportunities to shape our strategies in the years ahead. We are committed to ensuring sound governance.
